LAMP 13 – Leadership Aptitude Management Program

LAMP 13, held at the Maryam Institute of Health Sciences, Wah Cantt, was a dynamic and purpose-driven training session under the flagship Leadership Aptitude Management Program (LAMP) of JZT Pakistan. The session aimed to equip new and existing volunteers with essential knowledge and leadership skills required to carry forward JZT’s mission of a Thalassemia-free Pakistan.

The training covered a comprehensive range of topics including an introduction to JZT, Thalassemia awareness, organizational hierarchy, the “Catalyst Within” module, and the transformative “Zero to One” leadership framework. Each module was designed to empower participants to become proactive, informed, and impactful change-makers within their communities.

The event brought together passionate volunteers and trainers, fostering an environment of learning, inspiration, and collective purpose. With interactive sessions and open dialogue, LAMP 13 strengthened the foundation for future advocacy, outreach, and volunteer-led initiatives in Wah Cantt and surrounding areas.
