Jehaad for Zero Thalassemia (JZT Pakistan) is a student-led, registered organization working since 2010 to eradicate Thalassemia and create a Thalassemia-free Pakistan. With a strong presence across all provinces, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir, JZT operates with 10,000+ volunteers in 100+ cities and university chapters.

Founder JZT Message
Against all the odds, breaking stereotypes, challenging the traditional mindset, and overcoming all the hurdles, the volunteers of JZT have set a precedent in the history of Pakistan. From a very humble start back in 2010, from what was just a single blood donation call to establishing a continuous supply chain for blood-needy humans Thalassemia patients in particular-JZTeers have remained front-line warriors beyond the confines of color, creed, and ethnicity.
We are set on nurturing an atmosphere of collaborative social work, enabling our fellows to become conscientious citizens and charismatic leaders during the process of volunteering under JZT. We believe in diversity and inclusiveness at every stage of our struggle, accentuating women’s leadership in particular.
The Zero Thalassemia mission is a dream that will soon become a reality through the unwavering efforts of every single JZTeer, InshaAllah.

Each One Ease One – Thalassemia Child Support Program provides free blood transfusions, medical care, and financial aid to children with thalassemia. Through sponsorships, awareness campaigns, and hospital partnerships, we ensure lifesaving treatment and a better quality of life for patients.
ICU @ JZT – Emergency Blood Donations is a 24/7 network ensuring urgent blood supply through nationwide drives, volunteer donors, and corporate partnerships. With over 10,000 blood bags arranged in a day, it saves countless lives daily.
SCAN – Screening All Networks provides free thalassemia screenings, promotes pre-marital testing, and raises awareness through nationwide camps and educational sessions. Early detection helps prevent thalassemia transmission and ensures a healthier future.
OXYEEDS – Tree Plantation Program promotes sustainability through mass tree plantations, awareness sessions, and urban green projects. With over 150,000 trees planted, it enhances air quality and combats climate change.
Training & Development empowers individuals through leadership programs, mentorship, and career training. With initiatives like LEMON, LAMP, and PIVOT, it has trained hundreds of young leaders to drive positive change.
