LAMP 14 – Leaders Aptitude Management Program

LAMP 14 was held at Khursheed National Library, Muzaffarabad, as part of JZT Pakistan’s continuous efforts to nurture capable and committed volunteer leadership. This milestone event brought together passionate individuals from across the Kashmir region for an immersive learning experience.

The training focused on key areas essential to leadership development within JZT, including the Introduction to JZT, Thalassemia Awareness, JZT Hierarchy, Catalyst Within, Zero to One, and Professional Ethics. Each module was designed to cultivate aptitude, clarity of purpose, and a deep emotional alignment with the organization’s mission.

LAMP 14 empowered participants with the skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to lead community-driven efforts with vision and integrity. The program stood as a testament to JZT’s commitment to building strong, values-based leadership for a Thalassemia-Free Pakistan.
