PIVOT 2.0 – Train the Trainer Program

PIVOT 2.0 was a two-day Train the Trainer initiative by Jehaad for Zero Thalassemia (JZT) Pakistan, designed to strengthen leadership capacity, enhance trainer readiness, and improve organizational discipline within the JZT network. The program focused on developing skilled trainers, aligning leadership with JZT’s vision and policies, and reinforcing active, performance-based roles to ensure sustainable impact toward a Thalassemia-Free Pakistan.
